Founded by Breathwork Africa, Breathing Buddies offer a 30 minute class where parents learn different breathing techniques each week to help their children manage stress, anxiety, and more. The workshop also includes an open discussion, providing parents with a supportive space to share the challenges they face in their daily lives.
