All sessions are grounded in The Frey Method™, a functional breath and movement system built for women’s bodies. Whether you join a class, book a 1:1, or start online, every session is designed to get to the root of what’s not working.

Small Group Classes
Intimate classes (4–6 people) combining functional breathing, yoga, and movement. Warm, focused, and designed to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and reset.
- Breath & Movement Class — functional breathing integrated with full-body movement
- Infrared Heated Yoga — deep stretch, breath-led practice in a heated studio
- Postpartum Recovery — breath, core, and pelvic floor for new mums
- Perimenopause Support — breathing and movement for hormonal transitions

Heated Yoga
Heated Yoga is offered as a supportive movement practice alongside breath & movement coaching.
Infrared-heated yoga classes for a deeper, more effective practice.

1:1 Breath Coaching
The most direct path to change. In a private session we assess your breathing mechanics,
identify what’s driving your symptoms, and build a personalised protocol using The Frey Method™ framework.
Good for: pelvic floor dysfunction, postpartum recovery, athletic performance, perimenopause,anxiety, chronic pain, and anyone who wants a fully bespoke programme.
