My offerings are tailored to Women who are Pregnant, Postpartum Recovery, Regaining their Core, Breath Work, Perimenopause and Menopause and more.

All my Workshops and Classes are aimed towards whole body approach, using a mixture of Yoga, Functional Fitness, Weights, and Mindfulness to create the best outcome for your body.


Preparing the body for pregnancy and beyond.

We will be doing Total Body Movement Classes which will strengthen areas that you will need during pregnancy and beyond.

Postpartum Recovery

Healing your body after pregnancy from 6 weeks to years later, it’s never to late to heal your body. We will be working on breath, alignment and full body exercises which will help heal your core. We will help heal Diastasis Recti, Prolapse, Incontinence, Back, Hip Pain, Pelvic Pain.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is when you link movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body.

All levels Welcome.

Please Bring with you a Yoga Mat, Towel and Water.

Heated Yoga

The Studio is heated to 32 degrees – 37 degrees + humidity for a more intense workout. Similar to traditional yoga, hot yoga offers a range of benefits to mental and physical health, flexibility, and overall well-being. It is more challenging and very sweaty.
