Hello, I’m Eloise.
I am a Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, and an Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor. My areas of expertise include Pregnancy, Postpartum Corrective Exercise, and navigating the challenges of Perimenopause and Menopause. I am passionate about the body’s remarkable ability to heal through breath, movement, and holistic health.

After spending 20 years in the United Kingdom and Australia, I am thrilled to return to South Africa, where I love trail running in the stunning mountains. In my free time, I practice Karate and CrossFit.

As the mother of two boys, I place a strong emphasis on healthy eating, physical activity, proper breathing, and mindfulness. I believe that feeling comfortable and confident in your own body is crucial.

My path to becoming a Breath Coach and Yoga Teacher began when I was diagnosed with Graves Disease, all while managing the challenges of motherhood and anxiety. Which felt far from working as a hairdresser, managing a salon and educating.

I want to empower women to understand their bodies by highlighting the significance of breath, alignment, and mobility, which facilitates optimal movement and promotes a healthy, active lifestyle
