I am a Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer.

Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist

Specialise in Training and Nourishing the Peri and the Post-Menopausal Women.

I have recently moved back to SA after living in the UK and Australia for the last 20 years, and love being back in nature and love Trail Running in the beautiful mountains around me.

As a Mom of 2 boys eating healthy, moving our bodies and mindfulness are really important to me, as well as being comfortable and feeling good in your own body.

The desire to become a Yoga Teacher and PT, stemmed from working on my feet all day as a hairdresser, getting Graves Disease and my body not working for me as it used to after having kids.

I educate women on the importance of learning about how their body works, through breath and alignment in order for the body to move optimally and this will help support a healthy and active lifestyle.

I have always loved the bodies ability to heal with movement and healthy eating and the importance of building a mommy community around you.
