I am a Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer.

Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist

Specialise in Training and Nourishing the Peri and the Post-Menopausal Women.

I have recently moved back to SA after living in the UK and Australia for the last 20 years.

As a Mom of 2 boys eating healthy, exercising and mindfulness are really important to me, as well as being comfortable and feeling good in your own body.

The desire to become a Yoga Teacher and PT, stemmed from working on my feet all day as a hairdresser, getting Graves Disease and my body not working for me as it used to after having kids.

I educate women on the importance of learning about how their body works, through breath and alignment in order for the body to move optimally and this will help support a healthy and active lifestyle.

I have always loved the bodies ability to heal with movement and healthy eating and the importance of building a mommy community around you.
