Breathing for Postpartum Recovery Workshop – Online

28 October 2024 – 2 December 2024

9:30am – 10:30am Every Monday for 6 Weeks.

Healing your body after pregnancy from 6 weeks to years later, it’s never to late to heal your body. We will be working on breath, alignment and full body exercises which will help heal your core. We will help heal Diastasis Recti, Prolapse, Incontinence, Back pain, Hip pain and Pelvic pain.

Please bring with you a Yoga Mat, Towel, Water, yoga belt and block.

Breathing for Menopause Workshop – Online

12 September 2024 – 24 October 2024

9:30am – 10:30am Every Thursday for 6 Weeks.

Breathing and Yoga to support women during Peri-Menopause. We work on breathing to help with stress reduction and overall-wellbeing when experiencing symptoms like hot flashes, mood changes, sleep disturbances and anxiety.

Please bring with you a Yoga Mat, Towel, Water, yoga belt and block.


Breathing Buddies Workshop

29 October 2024 – 3 December 2024

10am – 10:30am Every Tuesday for 6 Weeks.

Breathing Buddies founded by Breathwork Africa.
We offer a 30min class where the Parent learns different techniques each week to help their kids deal with stress, anxiety and more. There will also be an open discussion with parents on the struggles they face day to day.
