Hi, I’m Eloise.
I am a wife and mom to two adventurous boys, with a passion for trail running, Karate and CrossFit.

As a yoga teacher, personal trainer, and an oxygen advantage® functional breathing instructor, my work focuses on Functional Breathing, Pregnancy, Postpartum Corrective Exercise, and the transitions of Perimenopause and Menopause. I am deeply passionate about the body’s incredible ability to heal and thrive through the integration of breath, movement, and holistic health practices.

After spending 22 years in the UK and Australia, I am excited to be back in South Africa, and share my passion for yoga, breathwork and holistic health.

My mission is to empower women to better understand their bodies by emphasizing the importance of breath, alignment, and mobility, which enhance movement and support a healthy, active lifestyle
