This includes those who are pregnant, recovering postpartum, going through peri-menopause or menopause, or any woman aiming to boost her health and fitness. I offer heated yoga classes, functional breath training, and mobility exercises to help you attain the best results for your body.

Learn how to Breathe correctly and use your diaphragm optimally. Sleep better, breathe better, live better. Learn ways to hack your breathing and ease stress and anxiety. Feel happier and healthier.

Heated Yoga

The Studio is heated with Infrared Heaters + humidity for a more intense workout.
